IWS Annual Show Entry Instructions

By All IWS Info, Exhibits
In the prospectus posted by Mareth Warren for the 2021 Annual Juried Show, it notes that entries this year will be done through the electronic software, ArtCall.    I.W.S. will host a 40 minute training session on Zoom, EVERY MONDAY IN FEBRUARY.  The training sessions will be at 10:30am and 6:30pm on February 1,8,15 and 22nd.  To sign up for training, email Carol HasBrouck at and indicate which training date and time you would like to be invited to. Carol will send you a ZOOM invite by email before that designated time.    The entry process is not complicated.
If you have questions about either ArtCall or Zoom, prior to signing up for a training session, contact Carol HasBrouck or Scott Moscolo (

2021 IWS Workshop

By Workshops

I am delighted to pass along this information about our  2021 IWS Workshop to be held June 2-6, 2021.

Our Juror/Instructor, Ted Nuttall,  is eager to see your paintings and to teach our workshop!  We do expect this workshop to fill quickly so I encourage you to read the workshop flyer and the workshop registration attachments today by clicking on the highlighted links provided.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the workshop. If you have questions about the exhibit, contact Scott Muscolo, the Exhibition Chair.  We both look forward to enthusiastic participation in our two annual events, the  Exhibition and the Workshop.  I think we all need a celebration of our paintings, our work as artists and to be all together again in one place!

New Year’s Greetings to you!  I hope you are painting with a new vision for yourself for 2021.

Deadline for Entering WFWS46 is This Weekend and Art Call Training

By All IWS Info, Events, WFWS

Time is flying by and the final deadline for submitting your entry for WFWS46 is this coming Sunday, January 10th at 8pm MST. This year, instead of sending your entry images to your delegate, each artist will be responsible for entering their own images on-line. The Utah Watercolor Society (UWS) is using the Art Call software system for all show entries.

Carol HasBrouck Browning and Dennis Hayzlett, the IWS delegates, will hold two Zoom training sessions this week to answer questions about the prospectus and demonstrate how to enter your images using the Art Call system.

Friday, January 8th, at 7:00 pm

Saturday,  January 9th at 10:00 am.

The sessions should last less than 40 minutes and you only need to attend one of the meetings. If you would like to attend one of the information sessions, please send an email to Dennis at with your name, email address and which session you would like attend.

Your name will be added to the list of invitees for the desired session and on the day of the meeting you will receive an invitation from Carol or Dennis with the Zoom ID number and password.

The Art Call system is easy to use and gives you great flexibility to manage your entries. Please join us if you any questions about WFWS this year.

IWS Delegates,
Carol HasBrouck Browning and Dennis Hayzlett
