IWS Members – Update on Annual Meeting
September 9-10, Idaho Falls Arts Center
Banquet & Annual Meeting – Friday, 5:30pm – 8:30pm
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Payment for the Banquet will need to be made by Check or Cash ONLY. We do not have the equipment to take credit card payments. Payment will be taken at the door.
Parking – all day parking is difficult downtown, so here are some suggestions:
1. The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho allows us to park in their lot on Friday and Saturdays at no charge. The address is 300 S. Capital Ave. It is 2 blocks from the Arts Center. For those unable to walk that distance, shuttle service will be available from members beginning at 8:30 am.
2. A Public lot is one block north of the Arts Council building on the corner of B Street and Capitol Street ($1.00 per hour). Payment at the meter.
3. Public underground parking – A Street & Memorial Dr. $12 per day. Open from 6:00am – 11:00pm. One block east of the Arts Council
Hotels – For those in either the Hilton Garden Inn or the Best Western Driftwood Inn, the Arts Center is just across the bridge and a block to downtown. If you have not made room reservations, the Hilton Garden Inn still has some available rooms.
Saturday Lunch – sponsored by IWS, will be along the river. More details on Friday. If you are planning to attend, bring a folding lawn chair in case there are not enough benches.
